Can you slap Sligs and Glukkons?
 

Hi, sometimes, i go next to the slig, i press L2+X and Abe slaps slig!
and with Glukkons too.
Is this possible?

Of course! Not so sure in AO if you can (can you even slap in that one?) but in AE and Mo you can, though in MO you dont get close enough to a Glukkon to slap in, but you can slap sligs in MO, though they kick you a** if you dont have backup.

No they don't. They either shoot you, hit you with a batton, or slap you back.

That is considered kicking Abe's ass, though.

No, you can't.

And sora4242, the slig would only get back up, and shoot you, despite how many times you might have slapped him.

Sometimes slapping a Slig can give that one second you need to jump for freedom... or you can slap the Slig every time he gets up to slowly think how to get out of your predicament.

the slapping action is pretty fun to use in AE. ALthough I'm a little confused to what it's purpose was for, other than the small parts with the wired mudokons and ghost traps. It seemed like a whole new action in the game would have done more.

ya, it's funny to watch :p, but not useful if ur trying to save all the mudokons.

If you remain in the shadows you can continuely slap sligs without risk of being killed, there is no point to it though, but that wasn't the question.

it would have been interesting if they added it in as a puzzle element. Like maybe if you slap a slig it will run in the other direction or something.

No, it's not. Nobody has really done it before.

In the Soulstorm Brewery you can actually push a Slig off the edge if you slap him right, but it's really hard. :lol:

It is a puzzle element. In one or two places you can hit a slig and distract him for long enough to pull a lever and jump away.

As for killing muds; OWI build their games in a way to give the players options. Just because it doesn't help you save all the muds doesn't make it useless - many people want to kill all the muds.

No it's not, the button linked to this action, the animation of this action, the slapping sound and the glukkon then yelling for help is all one big bug in the game. I recommend destroying your disc this instant!

i smacked a gluckin on the 2nd screen in soulstorm.
you just posses the gluckin and make him let the moving platform and kill him.
then go up on the moving platform and smack him he starts going loppy!!!

I slaped him like an maniac for killing me ...like 1321x times and I got killed xD After that I possed him and killd him just to get revange again xD

You can slap them...to slap a glukkon is part of the game...because they go in the laugh gas ...and so on...I tried to slap a Scrab...you cant xD But you can slap Dripik and the others :D

Can you really slap a slig in the face? Wouldn't you just be "high fiving" him?

glukkons don't go in laugh gas, only muds are affected, no?

No, but if you slapped a paramite in the face, then technically you would be high-fiving it.

I think thats the back of the paramite o.0 But if you slap an scrab you will find your hand sticked in it 0.o but I did tried so slap one from the back and the next thing I renember waz the scrab jumping on me xD Take care !
