Site problems?
 

Several times today I've tried to get on here and got the 'page cannot display' message. Just now I tried to post this and got the same message, and twice again on refreshing. Did this happen to anybody else, and if so, why? or is it my PC?

It's done it again just now. I haven't a clue what's going wrong with my PC.

It was happening to me yesterday from 7 to 9 PM [eastan AU] But I think thats the first time.

yeah, it's been happening a few times, but I think that's just cause my computer sucks.

Done it yet AGAIN just now. Something's seriously weird. It can't be the theme choice either, as it did it on Native when I hadn't loggged in as well.
EDIT: Done it again when I tried to edit this. And my computer's not bad at all- It's just under 3 years old, true, but it's Windows XP, the most up-to-date BT Yahoo Browser. It's not brilliant but it's not bad, plus it hasn't done this before until today. I also doubt it's heavy site traffic, this is OWF for crying out loud.

Me too. I was up late this morning, and I attempted to sign on multiple times on both this computer, as well as my brother's without any luck. My girlfriend even attempted to sign on, and she couldn't either. I kept thinking there was something wrong with the server.

The server had a planned shutdown last night. Nothing to worry about.

Indeed. I would have mentioned something about it earlier, but it was something the server decided three days ago. As I was once again absent on a trip during the weekend, I had no idea - I arrived back to find the forums unreachable (and wondering why a certain someone didn't ring me! :p).

Making a stab in the dark as to who that person would be, I only realised there was a problem when you had come home anyway.

It's been like this with me too. Sometimes edits take like 15 minutes to finish.
