Yes, it's finally time to bring back my joint writing project. If you don't remember it, search The Fated Five. Since the untold legend is winding down, and will be done by the time this request is fufilled, I might as well start it now!

Anyways, this time I won't be giving any specific details, because I think that some of you were slightly put off by the storyline. Just know that all the writers will work together on it, so there's a gigantic chance it'll change if you get accepted.

So, to get to the chase.

There's going to be an unspecified number of slots avaliable; it might be seven, it might be only one. I'm being deliberately vague here.

Story is also unspecified, I don't even want to tell you guys if it's going to be Oddworld-related. Note that being accepted will make you influence the overall course. Hell, you could make this about space puppets from Hell if it seems like a good idea.

The only really set thing is the finishing date for entries.

An entree will be be accepted until March 3rd.

Remember, if you enter, you are saying you will be avaliable for the discussions, and actual writing. You enter, there's no getting out of it, unless something goes catastrophically wrong, like the world running out of chocolate cream pie.

Anyways, here's what you have to enter with:

Specialty: What do you think you write best with? Action? Romance? Plot?

Sample: You need to write an at least three paragraph sample of your writing, so I can judge. The scene you must use is Commander Jim is with his lovely wife Sally on a routine mission to a military base. Anything else is up to you.

Well, have fun guys! Give it your all; I want to make this good.

Not at all. Go ahead and do whatever, as long as it sticks with them going to the military base.

Well I've written something. I'll submit it by PM in a few days once I've gone over it a few times, if that's ok with you (don't want anyone stealing my ideas; I tried to do something a bit different!)

I think if this thread slips towards the bottom of the first page (and I hope it doesn't!) then I'll sticky it, but otherwise I'll leave it; I find people don't tend to give much attention to the stickied threads in Fancorner.

Well, that's sort of why I started a new one. I don't want people to cruise on by because their past work was good. Everyone starts out equal by making a new part.
