Okay, pointers... if this also means criticism, there you go:
Sekto's shoulder are a bit wider and kind of square-looking. His collar is white and not red. Sekto's eyes are a bit smaller and his eyebrows (or this musculature in place of ones) really look more round. I think, you need to give his head more "structure" at last. Else, it looks like a normal squid. :D
The fleeches have narrow mouths.
I think, the greeter looks good so far!
You forgot to draw the mouth(-like thing) on the slurgs.

You have an interesting art-style which I really like! Keep it up.

Yeah i did the fleeches differently becauss i wanted to see them in my own way :P. and as for sekto i didn't think to put to much effort into his skulls structure afterall he's mostly a squid :P. these was all done by memory aswell...no refference used

Having no reference is the sign of a great artist, I've just started to draw Oddworld without pictures, it gets easier as you do it! :)
And by the way, no more art from me till tomorrow when I get a new sketch book!
