Munch's Odyssey Intro (All of it in Munch's Point of View)
Well, this isn't exactly a completely original idea. But I know that only part of the Munch's Odyssey intro was told in his point of view. So I decided to write out the intro as if it was all being told in his point of view. It isn't very good. If this has been done before, then lock and/or delete this topic. If this is really bad and you think this is just a sad attempt at a fanfiction, then I'll ask for this to be locked and/or deleted. Well, without further ado, the story.
"Hello, readers. My name is Latamire Munch. But everyone calls me Munch. I’m a gabbit. I have been told that I am cute by other gabbit. And I’m only two years of age. I had many friends…well…that is…before I couldn’t find anyone. They all suddenly disappeared…leaving me on my own. I’ve been singing and looking for them ever since…but no one responds to my singing…and no one has been found. Until last night…my life changed after a response… I was singing in hope of finding a friend one day when the sun was setting slowly. I was about to give up. Then I heard it…someone sang back. My lonely days were finally over. Someone had responded. A friend maybe. I swam to the shore, where the song had come from. I may be slow on land (Having 1 foot used for swimming is something to do with it) but I was in a hurry to find this new friend. I hopped a few steps forward when I reached land and strained my ears. I heard the song again. It was coming to my right and nearer. I hopped on into a forest… I wad deep in the forest now. It was so near now. It was more frequent. I was getting closer to finding a friend. I hopped over some long grass onto the ground. Something suddenly snapped onto my leg and I felt a horrible pain. I realised with horror that my leg was broken. I then realised something else…it wasn’t a gabbit. It was just a recording of a gabbit’s song. Who could do such a thing?! I was about to find out. I was lying there, weakened and scared. I wanted to get up and go back to the water where it was safe. But I couldn’t move. The trap held onto me and it hurt every time I moved my leg. The song had stopped. It was soothing listening to it until it stopped and started beeping. I saw a light in the forest and creatures started running past me away from the light. The light looked dangerous. I tried to move. But a searing pain shot through my leg and foot every time I moved. I could only just stand there and try to call for help. But it just came out as moaning in pain. The light was upon me. I couldn’t take it anymore. I let out one more moan as an attempt to cry out before everything went black. When I slowly came to. I was on a weird slab. It had wheels on the bottom of it and two figures were looking at me. I realised they were wheeling me somewhere. I couldn’t move. I could only just lie there and stare back. We were passing a room. I looked in and saw a very strange sight indeed. A mudokun was in there. It was a female mudokun. She had a slight bluish tinge to her skin and her eyes were glistening with tears. I noticed the chains holding on to her arms. And then I noticed something else. She had a very large abdomen. There were flickering TV monitors flitting around her. “What’s the matter, dear? Aren’t you happy?” A TV screen asked, a mudokun face appearing inside it. One of the female mudokun’s chained hands pushed a lock of feathery white hair away from her eyes. “I’m…I’m…” She sobbed, “I’m okay…” She looked up and saw me. She then saw the figures and I realised that they had stopped. They were watching her. Her skin turned even bluer. “I’m happy” She sobbed; trying to sound happy “I’m very happy” She suddenly burst into tears. I looked back at the figures that were wheeling me and they were shaking silently with laughter. I noticed their lips were stitched shut. So they couldn’t laugh properly even if they wanted to. “Cheer up, Queen Sam” Another TV screen said to her. Queen Sam! That’s how she seemed familiar. She was the mudokun queen! I slipped back into unconsciousness as the figures starting wheeling me again. I woke up to a pain the top of my head and a high-pitched voice yelling. “Humphrey!” I stared at the vykker in front of me. He was doing something that I couldn’t see. He wore a pair of red goggles and his small green eyes were focused on something on the top of my head where the pain was coming from. “Humphrey!” The high-pitched voice sounded nearer and louder. It hurt my head even more. I closed my eyes and tried to shut out the shouting, the drilling and the pain. “Humphrey!!” screamed the voice, causing me to open my eyes. “What are you doing?!!” The other vykker, who I assumed was Humphrey, turned around. “Be nice, Irwin!” his voice was even more high-pitched than the other vykker’s (Who I assumed was Irwin) voice. “You’re spoiling my concentration” The pain was too much and I was so scared. I started to panic and struggle against my bonds. Humphrey turned around. “Now hold still, damn it!!” He yelled at me, scaring me into staying still. “You’re not working on our new-and-improved fabric softener!” Irwin cried. “You really have to thing big!” Humphrey said in a smug voice. “That’s what you said about our shampoo!” Irwin was obviously very agitated by something. “It tested just fine on the fuzzles” Humphrey said calmly, pointing a pointed finger at some little balls of fur with eyes. They shivered and stared with scared eyes at him. Humphrey took his finger away. ”What do you mean?! It burned holes in our customers’ heads!!!” Irwin looked like he was ready to hit something. He then turned his attention to me “That is the last damn gabbit there is! Its lungs are worth a ruddy fortune. And you are sticking sonar in its head” He glowered. “Ever wonder why?” Humphrey said “Sonar?” I asked partly to myself and partly to the vykkers. My head suddenly felt hot for a brief second. I heard something. I looked at the heart monitor and it was blank! I was horrified! Was I dead?! Humphrey walked up the heart monitor and hit it, making it start up again. I felt so scared yet relieved. I just wanted to sleep. I think I did for a few moments, as I couldn’t remember anything after a while. When I started to remember things again, I heard Irwin. He sounded happier for some reason. “Humphrey. I should have never doubted you. You are a genius” He yelped happily. He suddenly looked worried. “Oh no” he said, “I forgot. I left a fuzzle on the burner” I looked at the fuzzles again. They were so cute. I couldn’t imagine them going through such tortures as this. “That’s disgusting” Humphrey giggled a little. “And they make such a mess” “And the smell” Irwin said. They then lifted their hands up slightly as if they didn’t want to touch anything nasty and exited, leaving me bound and pondering. I couldn’t be the last gabbit! I couldn’t be!" Well, that's the story. It's bad isn't it? |

Thanks for the kind comments. And thanks for reading the fic when no one else has. I really appreciate the comments. Thank you again. I might have to do the endings in Munch's POV. But I might not. I think I'll quite while I'm ahead.

Bloodykyle- Will you not advertise your topics in my threads please? I wouldn't do that in your threads. But I'm glad my fic made you feel sorry for Munch. MoxCo. Executive- I'm glad the story made you feel sorry for him. I tried to make the story emotional and stuff like that. I'm not very good at it. Thanks again though. |

And Ray's right kyle, pack it in advertising your stupid game, it's bugging me. |
Very good memory, better than mine at least. Your writing was brilliant it made me feel the emotion of Munch and Sam. By the way getting blue? Really depressing.
