MO release date

I haven't been in a game store for some time but I'm wondering if MO has come out in england for PC, and if not when is it coming out.
also what kind of system would I need to play it. I have:
AMD Athlon Thunderbird 800MHz
GEForce DDR 32Mb graphics card
128Mb PC100 DRAM
will it run smoothly on my PC?

you know...the funny thing is, there are already about 20 topics saying that MO isn't coming out for PC..not yet anyway. :p
