Famous Folks Riddle Game...

The rules are pretty simple. Just create a short riddle for a famous
historical person or a star from movies or so and have someone
else figure out who it might be.

For example:

Riddle Question: His name follows that of our blue mudokon hero,
but he has a mustache and appears on something green Americans
exchange every day for other things.

Answer: Abraham Lincoln.

But nothing rude, mind you. The moderators can close this if they want, I
just thought I'd take a go at the first thread I've made in six months.

Riddle Question: He's acted in three movies regarding rings and small
people that become heroes and played the main character throughout the story along with his best friend and a bratty little beast determined to get his "precious". In real life what is the main character's name?

skillya_glowi 12-15-2006 07:58 PM

Our 5th forum game. The industry is burgeoning.

Question: Who has a knack for locking people in gas chambers?

Spirrow 12-15-2006 08:03 PM

Uh, Hitler, his gang and their concentration camps.

skillya_glowi 12-15-2006 08:04 PM

Well, actually, I was speaking of Saddam Hussein, but I guess Hitler could also work.

Riddle Question: The current leader and Big Jerk of the United States? You get to punch his face until his nose becomes bloody on some of those online screensavers. Who is he?

skillya_glowi 12-15-2006 08:12 PM

Yay! Bush-bashing!

Spirrow 12-15-2006 08:15 PM

Question: The daughters of The Big Jerk of America?

Arxryl 12-16-2006 06:55 AM

I think it is um...darnit. I don't know. I want to say Hilary but that was clinton's daughter wasn't it?

Spirrow 12-16-2006 06:56 AM

Answer: Barbara and Jenna Bush.;)

Arxryl 12-16-2006 07:02 AM

Darn. I was close... not really, but...

His face is plastic, but his cape is not. He wears a crown that many children wear. He is the King, but he allows you to have it "Your Way."

Spirrow 12-16-2006 07:13 AM

The Burger King, of course.

This man used to be an actor but now takes a government
seat in America. A hint may include "I'll be back". What is his real name?

Arxryl 12-16-2006 07:17 AM

Ahnold Schwatsanegga.

Well, that's how he'd say his name at least.

Spirrow 12-16-2006 07:45 AM

I know the last name is a little hard to spell sometimes.

He's a clown with striped cloths visible n some parts of him (example: legs
and arms.). Armed with cheesy grin and red hair, he's the promotion for
what franchise.

Mojo 12-16-2006 08:04 AM

McDonalds.

Brown hair, and smashing looks, this guy dealt with a lot of crooks.
Using gadgets, here and there, saves the girls everywhere.
His dad was a well known spy, he even destroyed the GoldenEye!
With trusty IQ to look after his stuff, this guy stands his ground when things get rough.

Well? Can you guess who this is?

OANST 12-16-2006 11:31 AM

ummmmm.......
James Bond jr.?

I'm not sure if it's the game that's retarded or if it's just the moronic riddles that have been posted in it. I guess I'll give it a try.

In the beginning there was an empire of the sun
In the middle a nazi I become
As I reach the present
My parents they are absent

Who am I?

snuzi 12-16-2006 12:03 PM

This is probably wrong but...Pope Banedict XIV?

That's all I could think of.

Jordan 12-16-2006 12:45 PM

Wow this is a great idea Spirrow! :)
Can I have a go at a riddle?
Right, here goes...

"I have a very long sword, and my silver hair flows evily in the wind,
I have lots of magical skills, who am I?"

Abe16 12-16-2006 02:48 PM

Umm, I'm going with LOTR, how about Gandalf?
Ok, ok:

I betrayed the americans,
To win the war,
I went with the british,
To get a house by the shore,

Well, I think he got a house, but not by the shore at least.

snuzi 12-16-2006 03:28 PM

Benedict Arnold.

used:) 12-16-2006 05:20 PM

I live on the moon
I have three legs
I walk like an anteater
And crawl like a snail

What am I?

Strike Witch 12-16-2006 08:01 PM

um......Jesus?

Seriously, I'm stumped.

snuzi 12-16-2006 08:24 PM

Uh, a probe?

Abe16 12-17-2006 12:03 PM

It seems I made a discovery
That electric circuts can make power
It lights your room where ever you go

Who am I?

looney-bin 12-17-2006 02:03 PM

Ben Franclin?

Abe16 12-17-2006 02:32 PM

Sure, I guess, but I was aiming for Thomas Edison.

snuzi 12-17-2006 08:10 PM

Heh, I actually thought that was the answer, but I wasn't entirely sure.

looney-bin 12-18-2006 02:48 AM

Tom discovered things that work using eletricity such as the lightbulb. Ben discovered electricity.

Spirrow 12-18-2006 04:09 AM

But light from early lightbulb sets weren't exactly portable to follow
you everywhere. I would have said the light that floats around your
head when you come up with a bright idea-as a joke.

When ----- --- wants your land in America for our tacky government uses, we'll use eminant domain
and make sure thing go "Our Way". Who might this figure on the
American banner be?

Edit:
:

Wow this is a great idea Spirrow!
Thanks, Jordan.

:

or if it's just the moronic riddles that have been posted in it.
Sort of slightly agreed on.

Abe16 12-18-2006 06:59 AM

Could it be... Uncle Sam?

And, yeah. I guess it was kind of a mess up with the, "It lights yoour room where ever you go," But since he founded light bulbs, I guess it could be from back then, to now.

Spirrow 12-18-2006 07:55 AM

Correct, we'll see you tomorrow on the Famous Folks Riddle Game
show-thread.

Dressed in a red and blue costume with black netting, what actor
played the popular Spider-man character in the movies? (Honestly that's
a no-brainer.)
