Which is the better looking?
 

I prefer the xbox than the playstations, but I dont like the fact that Microsoft like to mock the playstation 3s new look, In a old Xbox magazine the editor says that the ps3 is a george foreman grill and has a bad design, In my opionion the xbox 360 has a bad name and the curves look like its on a diet. What do you think looks better?

PS3. Though the curve of the unit could be impractical...

PS3. It comes in 3 colurs and it just looks better.

I'd say the 360. The PS3 looks too rounded to me, also I really hate the Spiderman font.
Although the Xbox's design is based around rounded things, the big curved bit of the PS3 looks a bit stupid to me.

I think the Xbox 360 looks better so far. When the Plastation 3 comes out I would like to see how they put it togather. The 360 wins my vote right now.

I kinda enjoy the Xbox 360's look better. It's smaller than it's original while the ps3 isn't. (from what it seems...)
Also I haven't really seen the ps3 with my OWN eyes. I understand you posted a link to the image, but when it comes out into stores, THAT's when I'll actually appreciate it.

You can't put the PS3 on the side, if you lack the space. If you do, it'll just wobble. Not the best way to treat an expensive disc-player...

Isn't the PS3 flat on the back?

I used to think the 360 was quite attractive but that was when I had only seen it in photos without a sense of scale. The thing is a huge, plasticky monster.

I'd have to say that I'd cover both of them rather than have them on display in the living room. I'm not sure about how attractive the Wii is though - it's really just a plain rectangle with no shnazziness.

i don't really like either...the wii may be just a plin rectangle bit its small and shinny...looks nice.

As cliché as it's becoming to make fun of the PS3's Spiderman font, it really was a horrid, horrid design choice for the system. It drags the entire thing down, really.

Or maybe it's just my inner graphic design student saying all of this. Regardless, it was a bad move as far as product development goes.

Well, perhaps the PS3 is a movie tie-in for Spiderman 3. :p

They both look like crap. But the thing is these are game systems, not painting or porn stars. I'm going to go with the consensus, say they both look terrible, but the PS3 looks just a bit more terrible than the Xbox 360.

The PS3 looks like a morbidly obese PS2, and the 360 looks like a pale anorexic Xbox. So in my opinion, they're both ugly as sin.

But it's like they say, it's the inside that counts.

I say tie. You know, I find the Revolution to be rather ugly, too. So whichever one of them has the first Vectorman game on it is the fairest of all.
