Everybody, please post your favourite fictional creatures.

I would say Fuzzles, Mudokons and Hutts and Gungans (don't ask)

I don't know. I like lots.

Mermaids all the way. I've had a fantasy since childhood of being able to turn into one and stuff.

Of course, there's tons of super awesome mythological creatures and whatnot too, but off the top of my head, mermaids are my favorite.

Shoggoths, Mi-Go, basically the whole Cthulhu Mythos.
Goblins/orcs/dwarves/elves/halflings/gnomes/trolls, that whole fantasy millieu.

Other than from Oddworld? I like Phoenixes and Dragons.

Also those eyeball creatures from FFX, Laigreks and Kinrath from KOTOR and half the critters from Evolution.

In my younger years I was totaly into Dragons for some reason.

Most of those creatures you guys have mentioned, i've never heard of them.
But for me, I love creatures such as; Elves, Faeries, Fauns, Centaurs, phoenix, Humans.

Humans? You mean the kind that aren't arseholes. or are you being sarcastic?

Eh I like a lot. Usually creatures that are almighty powerful and whatnot who can destroy a galaxy with a snap of the fingers :p.

Yeah, I prefer Dragons as well. I dunno, there's something about the nobility of some, and the pure evil of others. Wish I had a pet Dragon.

Either that, or a Succubus. They's sexy!

EDIT: Really, the only fantasy creatures that have facinated me more (as in I actaully looked them up and did research on them) then the Headcrab have probably been the Slig from Oddworld universe and the Tauren from the Warcraft universe. . . But I love many fantasy creatures really. Especailly those with original designs. Mudokons (OW) and Vortigaunts (Half-Life) have both facinated me too, even though they're both distinctly humanoid.

Angels - not the christian or religious type. I mean like the kick-ass ones from 'Skellig'.

Also when I was teeny, me and my friend were into phoenixes, dragons and all that jazz.

I forgot about that! fantasy parasites also fascinate me. Headcrabs, Flood and Octigi, to name a few. Vortigaunts are also great.

My favourite creature of all though... has to be the scrab.

Wind Drakes!

Just say dragons for christ sake. Saying wind drakes may cause you more personal pain than shooting heroin directly into your eyeball. All I can imagine is drunken frat boys walking by your table as you throw your 9 sided dice and yell "Now feel the wrath of my Wind Drake, you scurvy little poppets!". I shudder to think of the consequences.

Knockers

Chinese Lungs

Fire Serpents

Sky Saurians

and

Charizards

But not dragons!

I was joking. I was trying to find as many ways of saying dragon, without actually saying dragon. Nope! If it is not Oddworldian, created by myself, parasitic or at least partly made of fire, then I'm probably not interested. Unless it's really cool. Like most fictional creatures.
