The Madden Franchise is a joke
 

Every year EA sports stiffs fans of the franchise with what amounts to a 50 dollar charge for roster updates. The new players, all 300 or 400 of them, could be whipped up and sold online as a download or as an expansion pack for a small fee. But no, every year fans are charged full price for 1/5 of a game. Its absurd. I really miss the 2K5 franchise. All those games were solid and priced to sell. I felt that 2K5 was superior to Madden in just about every way that mattered, but as Oddworld fans know, quality is no guarantee of success.

The 2K series was much better I have them all, I never bought a Madden game but really roster updates are the reason people buy new football games I never expect anything really different from a football game.

But this one has the Hit Stick! THE HIT STICK!!

Whatever that means. That's what all of my stupid online buddies keep saying.

Boo. They called it the Truck Stick, and it sucked in that one, too.
And it also has that QB cone, which if I believed in Christianity would consider the abomination that brings desolation. Seriously blows nuggets.
