Birthday, anniversary, and announcement
 

Yepz. >.< Today (8/31) is my 16th birthday. Worst part is, I have to go to school. :dead: Best part is, I got a pair of silver earrings and, as I mentioned on some other thread, my early birthday present, an mp3 player that I got for only $47.99 and without clearance, it would have been $97.99 (I know all the facts, don't I?).

As well as that, there is something else very important (to me leastways) that I'll be celebrating today, since back in the day, on my 8th birthday, I got my first Oddworld game. Therefore, this day also marks 8 years since I've become a fan of Oddworld.

Apart from those, I have bad news. School is kickin' in, as you are probably aware of, and - parental policy - the Internet is only going to be available to me on weekends and special occasions such as this. Hence you'll not be seeing much of me in the next months, until the summer. NOT the way I want it, I wouldn't leave this forum for the world (you heard me).

Happy Birthday. :) And yeah, parental conditions suck. . . But they're for your own good. When I was your age I spent too much time online. . . And look at me now, I'm still spending too much time infront of my PC.

(Edit: God, you know you're getting old when you say stuff like "When I was your age". . . Blah. I have still much to experiance! /whine)

Don't worry about school keeping you away from the forums, when you finish your homework, assignments or whatever you're working on, you'll be able to enjoy the free time you're given. Think positive and you'll do just fine. Hope you had a nice birthday too.
