I just want to ask, what does the title "Global Moderator" mean?.
I know that administrators have the supreme power as the forum C.E.O.s, and that super moderators does have power over the bigger parts of the forum (zulags), and moderators does have power over the parts in the different zulags in the forum (fancorner, general oddworld discussion),
but i do not know what does the global moderator does, but my theory is that: The global moderator are like the minister president (or prime minister) in Russia, and the administrators are like the president (here in the forum we have more then one president).

A global mod can moderate any forum, but has slightly less power than an admin.

In what sense?

But i will also ask like kimon, about what can a administrator do that a global moderator can not?.

VB software comes with a high range of options to modify. It's likely aranged in a way that (and I'm not sure, since I don't run this place) the admins have complete control over the forum. They can change the looks, the amount of boards, they can control member info or close the board down completely.
Global moderators generaly don't have the ability to do anything to the board itself, and can not add or remove difrent forum sections or are able to close the board down. They can however edit member info, such as signatures and avaters or even names.

In short, I'm the PR guy.

I handle warnings, bannings, and other forms rule enforcement, like closing threads and deleting posts, as well as member info, like custom titles and name changes. I can do pretty much everything Alcar can do, except change forum layouts and tweak with inner workings of the forums.

Actually, I think I can mess with the forum layout, but I don't. And I know that I can validate members, but I don't do that either. :p

Global Moderators can do everything Administrators can, except for the menial tasks like modifying styles, languages, etc.
