What do you eat for breakfast?

Unlike Dinner and sometime lunch, a lot of the times we eat the same things for breakfast. I think we do this because it's part of our morning routine. So what do you eat for breakfast?

Godlesswanderer 07-08-2006 04:55 PM

Depends on how hungry I am. Sometimes cereal, sometimes a sandwich and sometimes nothing at all.

Mutual Friend 07-08-2006 04:59 PM

What a mundane thread. I love it.

I don't have any breakfast, like, ever.

Do you feel closer to me now?

Rex Tirano 07-08-2006 05:01 PM

I generally eat:

A smoothie;
Shreddies;
Or nothing.

Ham Sandwhich on Rye or Tuna and Mayo and Mustard on sourdough. That or maple oatmeal or Honey Graham O's. Honey Graham O's is the best cereal ever. Yeah, I'm a little picky with the bread but if you spend good money on the filling whats another buck for a loaf of bread that isn't overprocessed, something you'd actually enjoy eating?

I agree spending extra money on food is worth it, but if I have to do something in the morning like go to school, work, trip, etc I don't eat because I don't have time but when I do I eat cereal or a toast

skillya_glowi 07-09-2006 12:53 PM

I drink a cup of strong, black coffee. That's it.

Havoc 07-10-2006 03:12 AM

I generaly don't eat breakfast because I usualy only get up at about... noon. But when I do have breakfast it's usualy toast with some butter and a glass of milk.

Nate 07-10-2006 06:08 AM

I still eat breakfast if I get up in the afternoon. I just can't skip straight to lunch.

I always eat a bowl of nice mushy cereal. These days it's either All-Bran or Special-K. Simply because that's what's in the pantry and I can't be bothered investigating my options in the supermarket.

Wil 07-10-2006 10:25 AM

I've been eating nothing but Frosties for breakfast for the last few months (yes, despite the latest advert), but that's only when I do eat. I've been getting up late for weeks now, and I've completely lost my appetite over the last few days.

Dark Elite_H2 07-10-2006 10:26 AM

usually, I don't eat nothing.
But...I eat toast with a cup of tea. Sometimes cereal if I'm forced to.

ANN NEELY 07-10-2006 07:54 PM

Cookie-Dough Pop Tart, Life Cereal, and Coffee. I've made chicken and rice a couple of times, but I'm usually too tired in the mornings to make it.
Ramen or Miso is good, too. :p

Meh, anything I can scramble together without any actual cooking.

Alcar 07-11-2006 12:04 AM

I rarely eat breakfast now. I try to, but I normally wake up too late and am then in a rush. However, on the rare chance I do eat breakfast, I normally eat:

Toast with jam spread over it
Juice, normally orange
Cereal with full milk (not that skim, or lite crap)
Yoghurt, preferably berry flavour

Alcar...

E'l Scrabino 07-11-2006 12:29 AM

I eat OT's and a glass of Nesquik chocolate milk for brekky. Nothing else, ever. Just that.

Facsimile 07-11-2006 02:17 AM

Everyday I have a tall glass of strawberry milk, and two halfs of an English muffin/muffin split with jam on it.

If I miss breakfast I start to feel really sick, so I almost never do.

dripik 07-11-2006 02:42 AM

Usually cereal with milk or toast with cheese. Other times, mainly what I can find in the fridge. At weekends, we usually have sandwiches with tea for breakfast.

As of right now, I am eating a half bagle [sp] with smoked slamon creamed cheese spread over it.

Statikk HDM 07-11-2006 02:39 PM

I like sandwhich spread, too. And salami sandwhiches. That was more of a grade school thing, though.

Lord Vulcher 07-14-2006 08:21 AM

I usually eat either Frosted Shreddies or scrambled eggs on toast, but occasionally I might eat a nice fry up (bacon, eggs and sausages).

Fez 07-14-2006 09:05 AM

Cookie Crisp is where its at. I feel so amazingly American eating it.

Seriously though, i'm fine with just Toast.

sometimes I have cereal sometimes I don't and on saturdays I have bacon....

Bullet Magnet 07-17-2006 05:10 AM

Food. Edible food.

I can generally get by on anything in the morning, but if I don't have an apple, then I'll have nothing to lob at the postman.

Ninjaxe 07-17-2006 06:23 AM

Saw Dust...If I am not hungry.

It is normally Cereal <----is that how you spell it. Doesn't look right to me.
I am quite fussy eater when it to eating anything. I would stand have same things constantly. Eating cereal for two or three days at the most. Dinner has to be different. I enjoy my food.... I am not fat or festively plump

Quote from Glukkons from MO [How did I get so perfect?]

I don't eat alot infact...I just like a variation in my diet in which is a good thing;)

Bullet Magnet 07-17-2006 06:50 AM

I believe it was:
:

How did I get so poifect?

Usually I have cereal, but my diet changes entirely on holiday.

Jordan 07-17-2006 12:21 PM

Ninjaxe, cereal was spelled right! Used, is bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese nice? It sounds gorgous(sp)!
I just have tea, I really should start eating toast, to be like all the others lol! I've totally gone off frosties... that stupid advert! It's the saddest advert there is!

skillya_glowi 07-19-2006 12:24 PM

Gorgeous.
