Favorite actor/actress

I would have to say Jim Carry and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

OANST 07-06-2006 07:59 PM

God Almighty! For serious? Your life must be completely devoid of goodness.

I don't know. I like Gary Oldman. He beat ass as Drexel in True Romance.

used:) 07-06-2006 08:02 PM

Hmmm, I guess Lucy Liu.

AquaticAmbi 07-06-2006 08:04 PM

Umz... Johnny Depp. Who else can do such a variety of characters? I think his talent is amazing.

As for actresses, the only one I've ever been a huge fan of has been dead for over a decade. Lucille Ball. What can I say? I lessthanthree Lucy!

Kamille 07-06-2006 08:14 PM

Alan Alda! i would have said Kevin Spacey but after watching him sleepwalk his role as lex luthor i just lost all respect for him for now anyway

I must agree with that.

Also, that one guy who's really crazy and get really into all his roles.... whatshisname... Daniel DeLouis! He's awesome.

Havoc 07-07-2006 02:35 AM

James Caan FTW!

Xavier 07-07-2006 02:37 AM

dripik_12 07-07-2006 04:11 AM

I used to like Johnny Depp a lot. But then he started taking every garbage role that Tim Burton (the hackiest hack that ever did hack) threw his way. And now I can't stomach his movies. Plus, he's been playing Hunter Thompson in every movie since he made Fear and Loathing.

skillya_glowi 07-07-2006 12:25 PM

(Addressing original question) Hm. That's a toughie. I would have to definitely say Bill Murray and Harrison Ford.

Mutual Friend 07-07-2006 12:26 PM

Bill Nighy, I'd say. The guy is the coolest thing in the universe. Probably.

I think Burton and Depp are just really loyal to each other and remarkably successful too. Besides, he's not the only one who likes to repeatedly work with Burton. I think it's kind of neat how Burton uses many of the same actresses and actors in different movies, but they always have unique roles to play.

Hmm, a relatively good point about the Fear and Loathing character style though. Jack Sparrow's movements and behavior were extremely similar to Raoul Duke's on acid.

The man speaks truth. But I like PEEWEE'S BIG ADVENTURE.

Hmm, Edward Norton methinks. He's such a greasey little man. ^^

Fuck Pee Wee Herman. Fuck him up the ass.

I respect arts as much as the next person, but what is so appealing about him?

Leto 07-07-2006 03:56 PM

Have you seen his Big Adventure?

used:) 07-07-2006 03:57 PM

No, nor do I intend to, EVAH! This proves me ignorant, so you win on that one. But I've seen bits from his other work, and I just do not see the appeal.

OANST 07-07-2006 05:16 PM

I have to say that I can see why people like pee wee's big adventure but I never liked pee wee's playhouse (even as a kid) and I detest Burton so by default I can't handle that movie.

Entirely true. For me, though, that character never gets stale.

And Edward Norton is a funny little guy. He was on the premiere of Stella, the most wonderful comedy that ever was.

Lord Vulcher 07-11-2006 06:53 AM

Johnny Depp, Harrison Ford, David Tennant and Daniel Radcliffe.

Havoc 07-11-2006 07:40 AM

I liked Edward Norton in The Score. He's a cool guy too. Oh! And Nicholas Cage!

Statikk HDM 07-11-2006 08:09 AM

Where the Buffalo Roam was better than Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas anyhow. Perfect tunes for the movie and the man. Anyhow, I like Newman, Pacino, and Norton.

ANN NEELY 07-11-2006 11:45 AM

I usually don't give a crap about actors, but I like Johnny Depp when he's in Tim Burton films, and I've always liked Paul Reubens (A.K.A Pee-Wee Herman (he was also very good in The Nightmare Before Christmas)).

Dark Elite_H2 07-11-2006 12:06 PM

Oh my goodness, Jonny Depp and Orlando Bloom. They're so cute in their pitare costumes.
Along with Ben Afleck, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Tom Hanks, Robbin Williams, Camen Elektra (is thast her name?) Jim Carrey...

But out of all of them, Jonny Depp and Carmen Elektra are my favorite actor and actress.

Statikk HDM 07-11-2006 02:24 PM

Carmen Elektra? We're discussing favorite actors not favorite set of fake tits.
Martin Sheen has always been a favorite of mine.

Leto 07-11-2006 05:04 PM

Ooh! I completely forgot about Steve Coogan. He's high up there, even if it is just for I'm Alan Patridge/Coogan's Run.

Pamela Anderson.

Strongly Agree. :)

Statikk HDM 07-11-2006 06:55 PM

Stronly disagree. plus, she's got Hepatitus and has had Tommy Lee's moose johnson in her. I wouldn't hit it with your piece, and if you do hit I suggest that you double bag. With HEFTYs.
