I wanna know how to change my avatar to my one picture how do I do it.

At the top of the screen under the Oddworld Forums banner it should say User CP. Click on that then on the side-bar on the left of the screen that comes up it should say Change Avatar, click that and scroll down, you should be able to upload a pic by clicking on the 'Browse' button.
