internet explorer OW theme
 

I heard once that there was a skin for Internet explorer that was OW related, now I'm not really using IE anymore, but I'd still like to have it just for a bit of eyecandy. Can anyone tell me where I can find it?

That IE theme was created by Abe Babe. But it has long since been downloadable. I doubt even if it were that'd work, as I don't think IE lets you downgrade versions.

Wow, that's been ages since I had that online.

I had to take it offline because Microsoft required the files to be signed and when we moved off an old server, it didn't work anymore [probably because the server was Linux based or something].

Better to just get Tweak UI now days and specify a custom background for IE. The only extras that the OW IE had was a OWI logo instead of the "e" in the top right corner and a pre-defined list of OW sites in the bookmarks [most of which probably aren't even online anymore].
