Helo with getting Super Bad Ending in Abe's Oddysee
In the first part of the game, Rupture farms, after that part where you jump over the mines, that place where you have to turn the electricity off, the barrel secret. You need to kill all mudkons to get Super bad ending right? Well, HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KILL THOSE MUDOKONS IN THAT SECRET???
No, you just have to ignore them. All the muds left in RuptureFarms get killed when you leave the first time.
I haven't actually tried to get the super-bad ending but I don't think you have to kill all the muds. I think you just have to save less than 50 as there is no super-bad ending, just the bad one. Correct me on this one if I'm wrong, people. |
You have to kill 73 Mudokons for the Bad Ending (I'm 99% sure).
You can just ignore those Mudokons, but don't do this all the time. I'm just POSITIVE that you can't kill those two because I have tried for hours. And Nate, even though everything is destroyed when RuptureFarms is blown up, the survivors (But, now dead Mudokons) will not count. |

No, Cullen, he's talking about the initial escape from RuptureFarms. Any muds left there will be executed, as stated in a sign at the end of the level.
Wouldn't the super bad ending be in the video list too at the very good ending as well?! Or do you get a special cheat at that ending?
There isn't a super bad ending, it's just a bad ending which makes you start over from a certain point with a bonus, like infinite grenades.
And yes, like Nate said, all mudokons in zulag 1 will be executed once you exit without saving them. So you don't need to bother trying to kill those two.;) |
big bro boogie got it right.
The "super bad ending" is just the bad ending with another screen saying one of two things (can't remember which): - Bullet-proof vest - Grenades |
Its Unlimited Grenades. Bullet-proof vest is in Abe's Exodus.
So what happens if you just don't save any muds - but don't kill them either?
That is impossible. You have to save one of them. The game will not let kill or ignore all 99.
Which one must you save?
There are a couple that you must save because that opens some of the doors.
Really? I thought there was only two that were important to save. I thought the several were in AE.
I think Slaveless is right. In AO, if I remember correctly (I'm not going to replay the whole game to answer this properly), there are two mudokons you HAVE to save to complete the game. One is on the return to Rupture Farms to disable the electric gate, and the other is at the end before the boardrooms to get the Shrykull power.
Oh yeah, that's right. Forgot about them.
Yesh, but I have an even better riddle. When you getback from Paramonia, Scrabania, and Stockyards and you reappear in Rupturefarms, right? Where it says Bring us to the Bird and Save us All. You have to rescue a mudokon to get OUT and I cant figure out how the hell I can kill him, let alone get out alive.

I've finished AO without saving the last mud. I just dropped down and pulled the lever. Addmitedly, I did get shot before the cinematic began, but it DID begin...
and the ones that allow you to become Shrykull, cause you can't really get past all those guys that you have to blow up
For lowest Mud saves in AO, the final one doesn't count. You can just drop down, step right, pull lever, get shot, wait for cinematic.
You do NOT get made bulletproof in AE after being a sadist. if you try it out you will find that out very quickly
