Will this dream ever come true?
 

Hi friends,
I have to tell you something really inspiring, which happened to me today. I'm going to the BBS of Leipzig (Bernd-Blindow Schulen) where I make an apprenticeship as Graphic Designer.
Sometimes, we are allowed to make excursions to exhibitions of other schools and universities and so on.

Since two years, I dream one dream and today, I opened it's door and stood in it's big floors and smelled the paint of the walls. I touched the walls and looked up to the stucco. The dark old doors smelled like paint and I walked on oak parquet. It made a loud scroop when I entered a lecture hall. It was so bright and big.
There were paintings on the walls from the examinations of all students. Everything was so different. The library was so tremendous and on the big floor stood a settee of the 20th.
This is the place where artists can be artists. Where they can live their art, where art is free and loud!

The place I'm talking about is the HGB of Leipzig. The ultimate University of art!
I know this is the place where I belong and this will be the next way in my life.

But I have to apply for the entrance examinations very soon. Otherwhise I have to wait one more year. But I would even wait to go to this wonderful place where art meets humans.

It sounds like oodles of fun being able to go to aschool like that, filled with people like you.

Hey, I am happy for you, Alector. Sounds like a realy interesting and wounderful place. Yeah, it must be a motivational area with artists and art, it looks like your heading to a positive direction.

Good luck, Al. I'm rooting for you. I too wish to follow the path, but I am young, and I have to wait alittle longer. Well, even if you won't get into this wonderful place this year, there's always next year.:) Just let your mind,soul, and heart lead you to your true calling, which seems to be art. Like I said, good luck, man. I'm rooting for you all the way, and you'll probably get in. Art conquers all, even human dreams.
