Me have dva(2) questions....
 

Yay a topic with a number pronounced in russian! Anyway I have a 2 questions.

1. When you get a warning does it stay with you for the users whole life?

2.How do you get your title changed into something like Dipstikk's "Junk food junkie" title?

1. Depends on your behavior after the warning (I believe). Admins can take away a warning you had in the past, if they feel you deserve it.

2. That's a custom title. There is a topic about it in the Forum Questions and Answers board. The so called 'veteran' members around here (the ones who have been around here for a while, made their reputation on the forum, ect) mostly get them. If you feel you deserve one you can contact SeaRex about one.
