Graffiti

I went tagging for the first [well, second, technically] time in my life last weekend, and I had some paint left over when I was done with my main thing, so I did this:

I messed up a bit, as you can see, but yeah. Metal is drippy.

Wow, this is totally awsome! Really neat, good work. This would look great in Fan photo section on oddworld official's site. I like.

I wounder if theres a secret place nearby :p

Cullen Heath 12-13-2005 02:16 PM

Wow good job with your vandalism.

Havoc 12-13-2005 02:51 PM

You broke the code of never spraypainting over someone elses work! :|

Kinda cool, I guess. Tho I'm not a big fan of wannabe spraypaint 'taggers' who run around town with a can of paint and put their name or tag everywhere it's not allowed.

Show me some state of the art, wallwide artpiece you made, and I may change my opinion about you tho.

EDIT: And you put LOL... on a wall? Seriously... don't do that :fuzconf:

It's an old abandoned warehouse. The graffiti up there changes by the week/it's basically a free-for-all no-man's land in there.

Gimme a break, that was my first [second] time out.

Havoc, chill. I dont like vandelism(I dont know about you)but it was his first time

used:) 12-13-2005 05:27 PM

Will you stop acting like some therapist in an alcoholic's clinic? You're not the lawyer. And Havoc was hardly being angry.

Cullen Heath 12-13-2005 05:47 PM

Yes mother.

odd chick 12-13-2005 06:36 PM

Even though it's considered "vandalism", you've gotta admit it looks pretty cool. :p ;) Havoc did make a good point about the "lol", though.

Cullen Heath 12-13-2005 06:49 PM

It does. Its actually very good but It just bugs me that its vandalism(sorry I just have a big thing against it) If it were in his warehouse or shed or on his house or even on a piece of wood that he had I would absoluteley love it. I really like it but I dont like that he wrote on someone else warehouse (now I will make an exxeption because it was abandoned)

But dont get me wrong, it looks very good!

Yea, I know. But I kinda meant that for people who never get any further then writing ugly letters on a wall. What he did was rather nice, except for the LOL, as long as it's done in places where it doesn't bother anyone. At my job, I could go out to re-paint the outer walls at least three times a month because of those wannabe grafiti idiots picking public buildings to 'practise' on. I mean, go practise on abandoned buildings all you want, but don't touch my building unless you can make a truly astounding piece of art on there. Then I will love to keep it on there.

Kinto, if you're gonna keep doing Grafiti, go practise it for doing art pieces (the good kind of grafiti), instead of the kind I just described (writing letters everywhere).

Not making any judgements about you, don't get me wrong. I prolly couldn't even make a mud face like that with a can of paint, so more power to ya. As long as you don't bother others with it.

KintoKid 12-13-2005 07:19 PM

Yeah. I've already made the decision to avoid tagging stores/places of business/homes. That kind of stuff. The place I went was way out in the middle of no where. I actually made my friend pass up three run-down houses that she wanted to tag, because they didn't have much graffiti on them [one or two small things] and I didn't want to ruin that. The place we did go was already loaded down with graffiti, so I figured, why not.

But yeah. Carry on. And thanks to people keeping an open mind, et cetera.

Cullen Heath 12-13-2005 07:26 PM

Well if you stick to not doing it on peoples property then yer all set!

I really like the Mudokon face you did, its very good! I ditto what Havoc said, cause I couldnt do that either. Mine wouldnt look so pretty, I cant function spray paint very well.

CarboN 01-03-2006 09:44 AM

I don't think a graffiti is a bad thing in this case.
It's very good (except the lol -part)

treehugger 01-29-2006 03:11 PM

the graffiti is good.. slightly immoral but good
