finding splinter

in Munch's Oddysee I've gotten everything but unable to find Splinter. Can anyone help?

when you get past the slig shooting area with lotsa mines in splinterz factory you SHOULD c a few boxes or things you can jump on go up there stand on the pad and chant and take him over

At the "Dead River" level I've been able to travel with Abe & Munch to the point at which they would be transported to the next level yet I'm unable to because I need to find Splinter to get his money to be able to continue. I don't know where to look for Splinter. I've replayed the level several times hoping to come across something I may have missed. I'm still unsure. I appreciate the help.

There is no glukkon named Splinter. He doesn't exist. The wooden message you've seen in the Dead River level refers to the factory Splinterz Manufacturing later in the game.
So don't worry, you can just move on.
