citizen siege is supposed to be a political engaged game that will be set on earth and thus won't be featuring all the oddworld inhabitants but a brand new cast.

Wait! Xavier...I'm confused. If you brought up Oddworld, does that mean this is an Oddworld game but just does'nt have any cast that we have seen yet? Or is this just some other type of game?

This is a game, going to be made by Oddworld Inhabitants called Citizen Ciege. It is nothing to do with the Oddworld Quintology. It is set on our Earth, in the future, so basicly, don't think of Oddworld when/if you play this game. Think that abe never existed, try and think it's a different company that made it if you get confuse ;)

Only kidding! It will be interesting to see if the Quintology games have any influences on this one

GAME tends to think ahead a bit too far in some respects, remember way back when they were advertising Munch's Oddysee 2 in their coming soon list! (I think there was a thread on the forum discussing this)

I'd say they're all just copying each other's mistakes. Or they made these sites the moment Lorne mentioned there was any chance of a game called Citizen Siege coming out ever. I'll bet they even have sites on Hand of Odd.

Yeah! That seems to be an on-going trend these days. At the first hint of another game/sequel, online retailers are usually the first to snap it up, make up a release date and advertise it in their "coming soon" section. Since the release date is not set in stone, they have no choice but to keep changing the displayed date (game, play.com and mx2 are known to do this on occasion)
