Since Dutch is a language that is not used much by other countries, and we want to communicate, English is a major class in school. Even the lowliest forms of education feature English. 2. Do you have to learn english? Well, yeah. But coming to forums, watching English programmes, and visiting the Net also helps. 3. Why are so many people on the forums from the Netherlands?
