Puzzle help
 

Im stuck in the scrab-temple in abe´s exoddus.
The third room in the uppmost door to the left.( the room with dwo separated scrabs, lots of "Jump-tubing", a spirit trapp on each side(unreachable) and some trappdoors).

Please help me solve the puzzle!
