oddworld bug?
 

i was recently playing AO when i found something kinda weird, if you throw meat at a paramite, you can take it when the paramites eating, and the meat can be re-used for other paramites. wierd huh? do you people think this a bug, or it was put in AO purposefully?

I'm taking it from you while you are eating it...
Other people can still eat the rest.

I'd call it a bug, it sort of defeats the point of dangling meat sacks from the ceiling.

Except that the paramite will chase you pretty quickly after you take it away. Just like if I stole a steak from under your nose.

no actully they don't chase you if you take it unless their cornered, or if theres more than one, i agree with splat, its most likely a bug

Well I still don't agree it's a bug...
I mean someone bigger and stronger than you is stealing your steak
You aren't going to attack him

But if you feel cornered and afraid or stronger with some friends you might concider to attack him.

Seems logic to me

and if youre quick enough, you can kill them and then pick the meat back up.

For clarification, it's not a bug.
It's part of the game. Utilise it.

I wouldn't call it a bug. I'd say the programmers never though someone would to it, so never bothered removing it.

As long as the paramite is eating, the meat is there. As long as meat is there, you can pick it up.

Nah, that isn't a bug. I've used this many times before for strategies. Especially in this one place in Paramonia. The one with the Annoyingly tough secret. It makes the gameplay way easier.
