GreenPeace: like em or no?

Do you think Green Peace is a good orginazation with honorable intentions? Or just a big masquerade to legalize Marijuana?

Basically, it's like:  or :smokin:

Dino 08-19-2005 08:53 PM

Big masquerade to legalise MJ?

WTF?

They have big boats, scuba divers, and they're good friends with Surfers Against Sewage. While they may want to see MJ legalised, I fail to see how their activities have any connection with making the good herb legal. They seem more interested in saving the whale. o_O

Ahh, now the mary jane you can ask leto about...

Dino 08-19-2005 09:14 PM

What?

I haven't a smegging clue what you're on about. Have you hit your head on anything recently?

Ask him, and I'll show how deep the rabbit hole goes.

I'm not getting dragged into this... Dino knows far more in the pot department than myself I would assume.

Oh yeah, Green Peace, they are weirdo hippies. I'll leave it at that. O.o

I like hippies, other than the whole "La LA LA, MOTHRER TREE IS THE AIR I BREATH"

This thread is a load of Hobo, so I'm going to make an attempt to salvage this potentially interesting debate...

...by requesting that someone search for articles that put across the for and against arguments of Greenpeace. (if there are such articles)

Jacob 08-20-2005 12:53 AM

I don't mind Greenpeace, it pisses me off when they preach on about global warming and shtuffs, 'cos i really couldn't care less about that, but saving Whales and shtuffs is good in my book!!

soulstice 09-03-2005 09:10 AM

Legalise marijuana? Greenpeace have never even had any participation with the process of legalising marijuana.

Where did you get that from?

Four words, 1370, Leto, Super Munch.

Confusion, my friend. I thought the Green party here in hobbitland are trying to legalise marijuana... But if Greenpeace are, well, that's dandy. :D

That's not four words, that's three names, imbacile.

And yes, "Green" party would generally imply marijuana wouldn't it. I mean that's really the first thing you think about when you hear the word "Green". You don't think about saving the environment, the air we breathe, and our polar ice caps. No. We're far more interested in whether or not you're going to make it legal to spark up some herb and blast out your bob marly records in a haze of ganj an ting.

Christ. Please just let this horrifically stupid thread die.

Well, I think it's alittle more intelligent than the Toilet Reading one.

No it's not. This thread serves no purpose. I have no idea what the subject of discussion is; I don't see much reason to post anything other than a yes or no answer to this thread. And I don't even know why you're asking this question.

The toilet reading thread was utter bilge, this is the stagnant water you get when you don't pump the bilge for a few weeks.

I think this thread is the coolest thing to happen to these forums since that flood of taco sauce

I didn't realise we had a flood of taco sauce, but it would probably account for that strange smell we had before the hacking shindig. Off Topic smelled like like 7000 year old vagina prior to the database failure.
