You're going away again?! Oh well, see you Xav, and I hope you enjoy it in France! Just keep away from snails. Small, heavily cooked pieces of snail taste like a weird version of chicken, but normal cooked, large pieces are like rubber. So I'd avoid them. Anyway, see ya and hope you enjoy it!
