Yes it is true you do get something. But I can't tell you because I don't know if you want to know what you will get if you save all 300. ;)

Yep there are a few guides around the place. There is one made by GW Press which is excellent, but i'm afraid to say the company had dissapeared.
So you should probbly head over to www.sinjinsolves.com there are alot of useful guides there for Oddworld. Welcome to the forums Moy, hope you stay longer than just a few posts  |
The best way to find them (and the way I did it) is to look for green brew bottles throughout the game. Wherever you see the bottles, it means there is a hidden passage nearby with mudakons in it. That way you can find all 300 without cheating :)
Or you could just look at the guide (ya cheat!) :p |
i'd say, ur should play it without cheating, that way it will add more to ur satisfaction!
