Zombie time..... kinda

sounded a little sketchy at first, but it looks legitimate.....

If it's true, then that is creepy. It's pretty creepy even if it would be a joke. Especially with that nice picture.

Hobo 07-01-2005 02:31 AM

Isn't true. These things never are...

Xavier 07-01-2005 02:37 AM

hard to believe, I realy think this is fake.
sounds like a script for a B class movie

SeaRex 07-01-2005 09:09 AM

I've actually heard the story on a couple of American news shows. Granted, the key word here is "American," so credibility is kinda... meh... but still.

I think there is a possibility that the story is true. It would be highly unlikely if it was, but it could still be true. Even so, I find it hard to believe that the dogs suffered absolutely no brain damage during the process. Then again, I don't know anything about the preservative properties of saline solution when applied to the brain... I wonder if it's the same stuff they use to make breast implants and nasal spray. :p

I keep getting this horrible mental image of the zombie dogs Resident Evil now...

AquaticAmbi 07-01-2005 09:24 AM

Big fat edit: I overlooked where they said the blood is returned to the body.

Feh, still sounds a bit too easy to be true.

So where was this tested, Racoon city? :p

Even from the photo it looks fake. They could've found that ong google image search. It doesn't really look like a photo, more of an image... Anyone getting me here?

TheRaisin 07-01-2005 01:59 PM

Sounds like the usual Internet bullshit. I mean... really.

soulstice 07-02-2005 06:28 AM

This kind of stuff is ridiculously stupid. Plus, I bet it caused pain for the animals, which I'm totally against. Stupid experiments in the name of 'science (whatever)' need to stop. They're ****ing stupid.

One long weird word... "goooooogle" Thats really all I wanna say.

I still don't believe it. This probably comes from the same guys who said that they cloned human babies. It would be pretty cool if it was true...

TheRaisin 07-07-2005 12:34 PM

Cloning humans is entirely possible. Preserving the bodies of dogs with a saline solution and reanimating them three hours later is a load of horseshit, unless Hollywood science has supplanted the laws of the real world.

Don't get me wrong, I believe cloning humans is very possible, we're just not at that stage yet. We're at the sheep stage, lol.
