What was your favourite Sega mega drive/Genises Game?

Sonic! :love:

The only Sonic game I had for the Sega Genises was Sonic 2, which fortunately turns out to be the best one from what I've heard. Heh, I still have my Genises and all my games somewhere.

Other than that and Mrs. Pacman, all I had were Disney games. Most of those were too difficult for the age that I was when I got them. I was never able to get past third-ish level of the Lion King. :( My uncle was nice enough to beat them for me; I enjoyed watching just as much as playing.

I can never offer Ambi the sexual satisfaction that Sonic the Hedgehog can provide. :p

That being said, I love Sonic and owned every straight-up Sonic game for the Genesis... except for the first one, which I didn't like.

I recently picked up the Sonic Mega collection for the Xbox and had a jolly old time reliving some of my first gaming moments.

Sonic! Absolutely! I'd venture to say that the only Sega game that could beat Sonic was Panzer Dragoon, but that's not an option.

Sexual satisfaction from a hedgehog? That sounds painful.

Sonic # & Knuckles. Best. Sonic. Game. Period. Also the best Sega Genesis game. And I agree with SeaRex that the original Sonic was lackluster.

Golden Axe was fun, up untill they ripped you off with two extra and totally unessisary evil levels for the home version. I miss the original, where you just journeyed to the castle, killed Death Adder, and called it a day.

I didn't even know consoles existed wheny they had those consoles back then. I only play Sonic and thought it was good, so I've voted for that one.

Mega Drive? What about Master System? :( Hell, I confuse the two anyway.

Well, as the ol' arcade gamer I am, I always thoroughly enjoyed Mortal Kombat 1. And 2. Then they sucked.

Why isn't Zool on that list? Well, I can't remeber what console it was on anyway. :fuzconf:

Yeah, I voted for Sonic. he's cool, fast and furious. Can't beat the classics. Well, maybe you you can. XP

I can remember spending months trying to beat the sonic games when i first got them when they came out, now when i play them i can complete them in an hour or two. If it wasn't for oddworld that'll still be my favourite game.

I don't know, I have two favourite games of Segas for the Megadrive: ToeJam & Earl 1, and Sonic the Hedgehog, should I put none of those above or Sonic?

Sonics the best out of them ones :D I used to have a game, I cant remember what its called but you kill things by shooting them with a gun that shoots goo... Or something like that, I would remember it but i broke it when i was little by trying to pull the chip thing out of the game cartridge. I didnt mean too :( I was curious.

It looks like I'm the only one that voted for all of them.
