I was looking at some conceptual paintings for Stranger's Wrath and lone and behold I came across this amazeing picture. To me this looks like Abe overlooking Sam's Natural home. What do you think this is? Was Abe an original concept for Stranger as a side element?

to me this is tipically a picture to "set the mood" of a location, that will probably be used later or perhaps was planned in Munch.

Nice pic, PA! I agree with Xav, too-it looks as if the picture was made to set the mood of the environment (Hence all of the green-I suppose that was made to make it look more tropical and natural...almost like a land full of mystery and beauty.). It's beautiful, nonetheless! :)

Anyway, it's really nice, kinda reminds me of Ma' Spa and the Sentinal.

Yeah, it is very similar to Ma'Spa. It just shows the way ideas develop and evolve. Probably only one of the designs will last in the long run.

No, it's not the sound engine, that picture didn't have the pools. The top figure does look similar though. It's probably a similar sort of machine, or just parallel inspiration like I described in my previous post.

That's cool. Is that the only picture you found of that kind of stuff?
