Desktop themes are cool! Why would you need a PC verison of Abe to get it?!

The pc versions off AO and AE include the desktop theme on the cd-rom. They are much the same, you only get another wallpaper (Rupture Farms and Brewery)

I've downloaded 2 Desktop themes, One from themeworld and another. They're not very good though I'm sorry to say, some aspects of them are good, other things about them are just lame.

I've also got some Startup/Shutdown screens, they're pretty good.

Well one of them is like a themepack with 2 themes, A glukkon theme where the wallpaper and icons are Glukkon-based, the other in the pack is Abe-Based with him giving a "thumbs-up" sign. This pack also includes icons of the mudokon head icons (happy, sick, etc)

The other theme includes sounds, unlike the other pack, and the wallpaper is a picture of Rupture Farms. This theme is quite good, now that I look at it closely, the cursors have an arrow along with animations of Abe's head which look very cool. The sounds are very good quality which leads me to believe it may be the official Abe's Oddysee Theme. It also has icons for Scrab, Slog, Slig, Elum, Mullock, Abe.

Is that the official AO theme?

Dunno, I think I just did a search for Oddworld Themes and found it. It came in the zip file with an Abe theme too.

i got the abe one, with the abe cursor. I want to know any good sofetware that can make icons and cursors, i know really crap ones but do you know any GOOD ones?

Microangelo is the best that I know of, try getting it from ZDNet. It makes cursors and icons, and other stuff too, I think.
