Thought on the Outlaws.
Could the Outlaws be similar to the Covenant in the Halo games? I mean, we have such different variations of Outlaw:
Small and green (shooters, flamethrowers, rapid-fires) Small and brown with huge underbite (cutters, snipers, mortars, suicide bombers) Big ones with maces for hands (Nailers) Bosses with droopy lips (Blisterz, Boilz, and Flint) Bosses with Horns and droopy lips (Momma) Bosses with the "Gator" underbite (Duke, BoomBoom, Raider) And Elboze is just a brain in a tank, so there's no telling what he was. They look nothing aloke, but they're all grouped as "outlaws." GROUPED as. Perhaps they're not all the same species. Maybe they're just in a big group like the covenant. What do you think? |
I think "Gator" types do like alike the Wovarks, I think some got mixed up with the whole outlaw speices and creating different breeds. So think they just a mixed of different types of speices something like that. One thing they all got in common is they all got those jaws.

Nice to compare the variations within the Outlaw species to the Covenant's different species, but Outlaws are, officially, a single species. What's more, the different types you describe are related to each other, such as Jo' Mamma and her sons, and Meagly's son Tiny. I find it irritating, after fans are so upset about all the characters in the games are essentially the same when technology allows them to have variation, that when OWI creates a species with variation, everybody gets confused and tries to explain it away.

it's probably because the name is awfull
I mean outlaw is a terrible specie name :p |
Especially if one wanted to become something else.
|
Lol, true. I wouldn't want to be speices called Toilet Scrubers. But mabey Outlaw brains think that they want to be an Outlaw. Like no Human would want to hang upside down during the day.
|
The Outlaw creatures are very diverse, but after some thought I think they're still close enough to be one species. After all, look at domesticated dogs. A pomeranian and a bulldog hardly look like the same species, yet they are. The different types could just be races or breeds of the Outlaw species.
That is with the exception of the yellow underbite guys with ears, like Fatty McBoomBoom and D. Caste Raider. They're so different from the other Outlaws, and so similar to the Wolvarks, that I would classify those bosses as large Wolvarks who've chosen an Outlaw lifestyle. |

Good theory. |
An outlaw who works at a pharmacy and donates to charity would be a shame to the outlaw race.

on the other hand they seem to go along sekto and sekto likes wolvarks. perhaps there is a band between those species. |
