Can anyone help/tell me how to make a banner for the OWF?

Well you need a program for making banners, Paint for example. The you'll need to need to have a image hoster were you can post your images, www.photobucket.com for example. And then you'll have to go to your siginature and put you banners address like this [img] Your banner address [/img] and your done.

Ok i have a banner all i need to know is how i put it into my Posts

go to "user CP" then "edit signiture" and then type
[img]"the name of the file"[img] (leave out the ")

i think i have the wrong file name too. Where can i find the file name though?

i'm not sure, you can try making a copy of the file and then renaming the other one as gif, see if that works.

Why should i name it Gif?

Have you hosted it somewhere? If not you have to do that first. Then get the address of the image (they should have given it to you if you used an image hoster) and put it into the signature section of the User CP.

Just upload the images to your photobucket account using the idiot-proof file uploader, then you can copy the [img] code that appears in a box underneath the little picture of the image. Go to your user cp, edit your signature, and paste the code there.

If that doesn't work, then it's because you don't understand a word that I'm saying, which means that you're computer illiterate.

That's what comes with being a jaded forum veteran, you become quite "articulate" around unintiated forum users and these quoteworthy comments are 'happy accidents' and the biproduct of having to deal with so many cretins each day. I'm glad that my supressed but still evident disdain, expressed but still controlled frustrated reaction, and subtle mockery requiring greater intelligence than the mocked to detect was appreciated. All this is part of the snarling beast that 5 years of (probably excessive) forum usage has permanently chiselled into the granite slab that is my rhetoric.

You said something once that really made me laugh out loud, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was or where it was posted. And I swear it was like 10x funnier than what I just said.
