ok, they're not that good but i finally got them up. here are some of the slogmeat ideas i have had and i will soon add fannart and maybe more slogmeat pics.

I have a few critiques.
1. The "S-shaped Scrab" is a backwards "S."
2. The name of the delicacy is "Scrab Cakes," not "Scab Cakes."
3. I do like the design of the Scrab Cake Cafe' sign. I'll work on the design a bit more if this is for the comic.
4. What do you mean by "100% Gut Fire?" Wouldn't it be "100% Gut Free?"

And also there is already an official Slurg product, Slurg Sundays.

I don't have a pic, but if go to Soulstorm brewery (the ones with the pink background) if you search for those mudokon hand printed things, and take a look at a speific one, you will see underneath written "Slurg sundays".
I think it's where where you get lots of floors, and you have go down, and a couple of doors.

Oh... But i can't play the game :( It doesn't work on AE.. aren't there any screenshot, can't you take one?

Well the'res no actual picture of Slurg Sundays, and I have it on the PSone only, I don't know how to take screenshots. Sorry. Mabey someone else can.

ok, thanks and sorry. dippstick, firstly, yes it an idea for the caffe design in the 2nd commic, please work on it. and secondly, yes, it is ment to be free not fire. and i think there is fleech slurpies but i'm probibly wrong. i think it could be in the creature section of oddworld.
i will post more pics when i can get to a scanner. the pic i have posted is some ideas for items in the characters' home.

That's good and all, but some of your artwork is stuck sideways and upside down.

Can I make a request? Before you upload art, do you think you could crop off some of the white-space and resize it so it's more screen-friendly? Just that I'm losing patience with downloading everything (as my dialup is fairly slow), so I'm only seeing a few pictures.

sure, i'll try that. it mite take a bit of memory making all the backround white, but it looks better that way so i'll try it. the next pictures will look cleaner.

i am having a bit of problems with my email and i have created more slogmeat ideas but i need to trace over them in pen first.

To be honest I'm not the sort of person that minds if a picture is a little grey in the background, I just don't like having to scroll for miles to get from one side to the other (since I can't stand the "auto resize" function on IE, it craps everything up). ;) Try scanning at a lower DPI (I find about 80 or 90 is close to life size) and crop off the bits of picture that don't have anything in them - Paint will do that for you, just grab the image resizing handles on the sides of the picture... as in: the one with the red scribbles is just me saying "If it was me, I'd get rid of all this extra space, as it doesn't do anything to the picture". The other one is how I'd present it - I think it's about 50% smaller, and cropped so you can see the whole image without having to scroll all over the place looking for the focus. :) I mean, a little bit of pale grey in the background I can handle, ten-minute downloads to see a picture that's mostly empty space I tend to lose patience with. ;)

sorry, maybe i could cut out the peice of paper and so the rest would be blank. i'm only new to scanning and i didn't know it would so much hard work!

Good scanning is an art in itself, I tell ya. ;) Which program do you use to save as .jpg? Paint is fairly easy to use to resize images, you just grab the little handles on the sides of the picture and drag. Don't worry about physically cutting ut the image, you'll end up with a billion cut-out-images and no easy way of keeping them together.

Hehe, yeah you don't want loads of tiny pieces of paper. Or another idea you could do is, use up the space on your exisiting paper! That way you save screen space and trees at the same time! Wahoo! Some good drawings as well Mudling, I've already started designing the Scrab Cake Caffe in photoshop, i'll post what i have when i've finished it.
