Need help!!
 

Hey! I'm really, really really stuck on the Scrab Nests on Abe's Oddysee! I'm stuck on the part where you need to run past the two scrabs near the end of the level and then you have to roll under the gap with one of the scrabs chasing after you. I just can't seem to duck fast enough and continue to get killed! If I didn't explain this properly, I can get the screen code for you. Any help will be much appriciated!

I dont know what to tell you. I just kept trying and after about 15 tries, I got it.

first of all LOL. my sister and me got stuck on this for weeks until i realised: you just keep running while holding the roll button at the same time. simple really.

I got it only after I find out what I was doing wrong. I ran toward the stone that makes you have to roll, stopped, crouched and then tried to roll under it, which is when I was systematically killed by the scrab. The solution is that there is a key that makes you go into roll while you are running. On the PC, this is the "X" key, I don't know what it is on other systems. Just press it while running. Once you do that, that part becomes easy.

oh, I think I got through by accident then because I never purposely held the button.

You guys are lucky I never even made it that far.

But if anybody does make it so far, most of the times it isn't luck. Just play more and you'll get that far...
