Help Needed for Newbie
 

Hi,

I've only just started to play the game, however, I have a problem right at the beginning. When you receive the chippunk gun you are supposed to try it out and shoot the platform down. I did that. According to the walkthrough guides I found this should cause the door on the right to open so you can reach the platforms and ultimately booty the guy you just knocked out. However, in my case the door doesn't open. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you did and the outlaw fell the door should open. If that's not the case you should try reloading to your last saved point. If it still doesn't work try restarting the game.
If that still doesn't work you've got a serious bug.

If you know someone else with an x-box, strangers wrath and a memory stick you might try copiing a save past that point to your xbox....

the enemy should walk over to the chipunk but when he does the bridge breaks you need to jump down bag him in he will always be dead you will have earned 2 moolah and the door should open when the guy falls down try and listen out for the door opening

I think that door doesn't open for a few seconds after you kill the outlaw. That might help. Or move back to the shooting position and wait there for the sound of an opening door.

Thanks everybody. Seems the game I got has a serious bug. I tried all that and it still doesn't work. I'll try again a bit later, but I think the CD might have a scratch or something - it's a rented game and I wanted to try it out before I buy.

maybe you should report to where you hired the game from and yourself a copy of the game
