Daylight Savings Time - Or Not?!
It's no longer Daylight Savings in this part of the world but all my times are still one hour ahead. I have the setting to automatically detect DST.

Hmmm, everything is fine on my end, and I have those same settings. Have you visited the User CP lately? Not the individual pages, but the actual User CP?
http://www.oddworldforums.net/usercp.php? To automatically update your timezone, vBulletin takes into account that you'd visit that page at least once every time you visit. If we had the timezone code on every page, it would lag the client side of things. Not too sure if it would affect the server side... More than likely though. You can go and manually change it though. Alcar... |
Are you sure you didn't use the northern hemasphere DST?
We're now one hour ahead of everyone. |
My clock did daylight saving time...
only the minutes are wrong... you can't edit those huh? |
when my clock on this site says 04:57 PM its 05:47 AM...

It's working now. But I had visited the User CP before I asked the question.

Good to hear :)
The reason minutes may be out of whack, is because, like every other time-telling device, it is user-setable. Your computer, or even the computer / server the OWF are running on, may be out of whack by a couple of minutes. Nothing we can do about that I'm afraid, unless you want to change all of your clocks to match the OWF :p Alcar... |
but the...nevermind...

Who cares? Does it really effect the Forums that much? Are you guys some sort of crazy control and neat freaks? :p
