ok so i just beat the game ... Kinda upset with it but it keeps it open for the Next one.... and what as the deal of lall the Quotes dident under stand that ... was it talking about the damn

It was obviously talking about the dam and the river. How hard is it to tell that? It says something along the lines of 'Whoever binds her will suffer.' Secto dammed the river and he suffered. The whole theme of the game is that Secto dammed up all the water, so I don't see how you didn't understand the quotes, unless you didn't really pay attention to the story.

Oh, and the Sioux quote was about Stranger's spiritual journey. Maybe that's what you were talking about?
