Some changes at Oddworld-Web
Keeping in time with the current Munch's Oddysee theme, I have made some changes to Oddworld-Web.
http://www.oddworld.au.com (same address) I haven't done a layout change, as I like the uniqueness of my layout, as in it's the only site I've seen that has gamescreens. If I ever get enough Munch screenshots and can work out how to impliment 3D screenshots into a 2D design, then I will make changes. However, I have done a new splash screen. This one is in Flash. It is nothing too fancy, just a basic animation, as I hate flash screens that go forever!!! Secondly, I have changed my menu. The menu features Abe and Munch and a vending machine. I wanted to keep the concept of using a existing Oddworld image/item to create my menu. And seeing the syringe logo is now gone, this one is more appropriate. And finally, I have changed servers. The new server seems a lot faster and I don't have limitations that I had in the past. Other than that, just some minor cosmetic changes. Abe Babe... |

the vendo machine in the menu is veryfunny, you should add a link too something (mayby oddchat) when you click on the green button

you could make the site 3D!!! that's work... oh wait, you'd need a 3D image, and not a 2D shot of a 3D image...maybe you could bribe OI into giving you some 3D scenes... |

I like the new design...Anything with Fuzzles gets my vote...And the menu is lot nicer than the old one...I give it too...uh...Fuzzle eyes up! |
maybe when i get my biggest upgrade in my life (which should be soon) the Abe heads may be slightly fun...

You need Flash 5 installed to view the splash screen, the rest of the site doesn't need it, I guess I should say that (I don't know why browsers don't have Flash as default ... or maybe they do, maybe they have Flash 4). I think too many people like my Abe heads! :D Although they do go behind the new image, as the Flash seems to sit ontop of the Dynamic HTML... but I can live with that. Abe Babe... |
I have always liked your site very much Abe babe. Your older version was an "A". But this one is an A+.
I love the interface and overall feel. The easy to get to everything options, and the dark but not too dark ambiance. If you and Sydney do not get a free XBOX from Oddworld or Lorne Lanning I would say that is a real shame. It would speak volumes if they did so, and if not again speak volumes if they did not, but in the wrong direction. And they should throw in a copy of Munch as well. My God I would love to have such dedicated and trustworthy and overall good people such as yourselves representing and promoting My game or movie. You are the coolest Abe Babe and you too Sydney. Thanks for everything.And keep up the great work. |

Why is "Oddworld Inhabitants" at your splash screen in such small letters, and "Microsoft" in huge ones?
