Steef Art
I thought I'd start a thread devoted to fan art of steef....
Here's one of mine: ![]() I'm writing a story based around "domesticated" steef. Basically an odd-world inspired take on rodeo, bull fighting and gladatorial combat. This here is the main character, Devil Jack (it's a stage name, a take off on bronc names.) |
Since this is a "share your art" thread...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...le_Steef-1.jpg A female variation of a Steef. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...male_Steef.jpg And a more butch version. |

Since nobody is responding to this, I'll bump this up. |
That's some nice art, both of you. Keep up the good work.
Yeah very good
though the one by typhonblue is my fave |
I havn't got the game yet, but here is my try of a steef. I know legs look wrong.
Dipstikk, Typhonblue and Oddish, your drawings are great! I love the horns that you drew on your third one, Dipstikk-they're so detailed!
I made a topic with this one in it a while ago.

Here's my colored drawing of my Steef character, Shiva.

I'll do some more soon. |

I don't like the wait the horns came on, but here's another Steef.
I can draw every species prior to SW, but I've not seen enough SW art to even attempt, but I hope I get good at it some day
I draw a different spiecies of steef...its kind of weird, I'll post a pic sometime.
Great job everyone :D
Dipstikk, I love the details on your works, especially on the horns and muscles :) Zev_Zamzi- I really like your style, great expressions :D Agent-Sarah- nice female Steef *nods* Oddish- I really like the shading :) TheLonelySteef- nice pencil work And here's a crappy scan of my little doodle... |
HOLY CRAP! That's...amazing! Wonderful job, Five!
That's my favorite steef drawing yet Five. Your a great artist, everything looks very natural and it has perfect shading.
Wow!
Oh my god! I love that one Five!
Yes, great drawing, Five! You really captured what would be the natural look of a Steef, in my opinion. :)
Damn, Five! That's a awesome Steef drawing I ever seen!
Yeah, Five, you've got the shading down-pat! The head looks different, but is still really well-drawn.
Anyway, I feel kinda like I cheated, cuz I drew Stranger in the exact pose he is doing on my reference, but I think it turned out well. (Besides the lack of a head.) I really need help on drawing heads. Mine turn out looking like mangled Fuzzles. Tips, anyone? |
I didn't expect that people will like it that much..Thank you everyone!
and Kimon, I like your drawing, even if you used reference  . Good pencil work and details. And I might try to give you some tips, though I'm not sure if I will be able to write in English what I want to write...my English writing isn't very good. But I will try anyway...here goes nothing- I think that the 'circle method' will be good if the head looks kinda mangled. First you draw a circle, and then you sketch where the eyes, cheekbones, nose and mouth should be. Then you sketch the rest of the head (basing on the circle all the time), later you put the details etc. But also the Steef head looks kinda different than the human one...For example I use egg as a base rather than a regular circle :D I hope that what I wrote here makes some sense... And here's some more Steefs from me, drawn in school :D. I'm learning how to draw their horns and face, rather than being a good student :fuzemb: |
