No Moon
In oddworld strangers wrath there was no moon with strangers hand(Abes paw munches foot). My brother keeps telling me he has the sun.I just thought he would have one. Mabye the sun means a diferent fate than Abe and Munch
P.S. sorry if this post kinda sucked its my first one |
No, it was fine. Welcome to the forums. :) As for the moons, I think that they might be reserved for the members of the Quintology, seeing as how those are the games that have had them so far.

I'd like to know about that "Sun" theory, haven't heard about it.
|
Yeah your probibly right and thanks.
what's a slurg? Lonley steef the sun is at the end of the vally at the end of strangers wrath the moons were always at the end of the first 3 games. thanks for replying |
Stranger probably never got a moon because he never did anything revolutionary like Abe and Munch.
Munch brought back his species, Abe saved his people. Stranger saves three villages, not a monumentous feat for the other two. And besides, giving him his own moon would be redundant and would make me throw my popcorn at the TV yelling, "Aw, come on. That is so lame!" It's been done to death, and was really dumb when Munch got one, so no. Also, the moon thing is kind of a Quintology thing, which Stranger isn't a part of. And I don't think anyone gets something as big as the sun. Don't listen to your brother, he doesn't know what he's talking about unless he works at OWI. Welcome to the forums, by the way. A slurg was a little slug in Abe's Exoddus, and it's the rank of a new member. |
That would be the Oddworld equivalent of a slug.
Oh yeah, and what's this Sun theory? |
Dammit, Kimon! Stop being faster than me! :D :p
|
stranger did kinda save the grubbs and as for the moon I think stranger's face should have been in a mountain side or under the water.does any one know why Sekto drained the river?
|
I heard he owned a water bottling company.
|
well his dam is gone now so there goes the bottling company!
P.S. why do Sekto and the Clakerz hate Steefs? |
Don't overlook the fact that Stranger may have ended up doing a bit more than he had intended. What he's done may have ignited a revolution of the Steefs.
Not saying that I'm for the moon/sun idea, but it just sounds like good ol Stranger is being looked down on a bit :fuzsad: |
This whole thread is a spoiler-fest. I shall move it.
Only (and all) Quintology heroes will have their own moon. Stranger is not a part of this band, but don't underestimate his success. He has driven out Sekto from the Mongo River, and henceforth nulled the land's privatisation, hopefully allowing the revival of the Grubb and Steef species, and has battled against victimisation of the Clakkerz, too. It would be fitting if he were to receive his own imortalisation. It's not absurd, either. Grubbs are huge Steef fanboys, so a likely symbol of gratification could be, as Steef101 suggests, a carving of his face or torso on a mountainside. It wouldn't have quite the same spiritual nature to it that the moons would symbolise, but this isn't the Quintology. |
Mabey the moons and the quintology heros have more of a conenction that we don't know about. I can't figure out what, but the moons might have a big meaning at the end.

I was exited to until, well you know what happens. I also loved the grubb statues(cute little buggers) the steef statue also had four legs which i didn't notice till my brother played stranger.

Steef 101, you don't have to apologise for spoilers in a spoiler forum.

When I got back in Buzzarton I beat Eugene up so bad, he couldn't properly walk or talk again. mgrumble breaking 'my' statue grrrumble. My hart broke at same time when the statue did. It's another 'story' then you expected, but it had great emotional value.
