Binoculars?
 

Hey I'm new to the forums, and first off I need some help. In OSW I didn't buy the Binoculars in the first town, and I need to know if I can still get them elsewhere? I noticed that I am not able to use my sniper ammo without them.

Hmmm...don't take me as perfect info because I bought the binoculars in the first town, but for any other item (likely including the binoculars) you have to buy the lower grade before you can get the higher grade, so you have to buy the small bag before you can buy the medium bag, so my guess is they are up for buy in the next game

If you don't get them in the first town they don't show up again...

thanks for the reply guys. I kinda figured out how to use the sniper without having to have to binoculars.....heh heh I feel kinda dumb. You can just press black when your in first person mode to go to it without them. Like I said....I feel pretty stupid about not knowing that. Maybe I helped someone else with my mistake though.

I think you get a binoc upgrade later on automatically...because you can't zoom with black until you have them...

Yeah that's true. You can only zoom in while you have the binocs, and the black button is how you do it.

I beat the game without the binocs...unless I got it somewhere. But all I know is I didn't purchase them.

Can I pass Gizzard Gulch without the binoculars?
 

It doesn't seem to be possible to get the bad folks without the binaculars, How do I get into the place?
I'm afraid I'll have to start the game from 0 because I cannot go back to town either.

You don't need the binoculars. I finished the game a couple of days ago, and I didn't buy them as stated earlier. You can use your sniper ammo without them. So don't worry dude it's not that important. If you're wanting to sneak up on them, or watch them from a distance don't worry about it. They're not that smart of an enemy to really need recon.

As stated by LastCaress138, when you get sniper Ammo you automatically get binoculars. And even if that weren't the case, you get binoculars once you get the new crossbow. So if you have sniper ammo, you have binoculars.
