Does anyone know of a good source for medical news? I'm looking for something that's reliable, easy to comprehend, and covers a wide range of health news topics. Thanks.

WebMD is definitely a great source for medical information. I've used it myself a couple of times for when I've gotten sick and is very helpful. I highly recommend it.
