Season Table and Rehab
 

Do you remember, back about a year ago...when we saw the videos for the first time...Like where the seasons changed, and the mudokons collecting fire wood around alf's rehab, and a mudokon in front of that waterfall??

I wonder if that is still part of the gameplay, or if it was just a demo to show off graphics.

I sure hope that that stuff is really in the game. It looks like one of the most innovative parts of the game. I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that you could mess with the environment in the finished version of the game.

Those first impressions were the best impressions....

The later aspects of this game depress me..

But I really hope those old ones are in there, for they were fantastic.

I don't think thy will be in the final version, don't forget it's a teen game, colecting wood is not very intresting for kids :(

i'm sure the tree thing will be in there but i doubt that video of the changing seasons will be in the game...i think that was probably just them showing off what's gonna happen in the game but they speeded it up a little...

Well, I remember that in one video with Lorne's commentary the land was all dry (like the fall) and then they activated the rainmaker and it became lush. I don't know about seasons, but the enviorment does change in the sort of way...

I found what you said there about collecting wood quite funny!

On looking at the video it does look like the same kind of environment as from the early images. I remember seeing the rainmaker in the early images also. I think that it probably still will be in the game... but no one has really noticed it because all the screenshots and movies are different now.

The earlier ones (then PSX) seem to be more of a movie type (not FMV quality), while the later Xbox ones are actual game play.
