No, that's okay, I receive spam into my email box so I can understand you people hating it. Anyway, thanks for the welcome, now I have a question to ask (which I hope isn't too stupid:)). Okay, I am planning to make an oddworld mod for starcraft, what I want to know is:
1)Is it worth starting a thread to see what everyone thinks of the idea and also to try and get a little bit of help?
2)If it is worth it, where would I put the said thread?

Starcraft is a bitch to mod because of those uber heavily encrypted mopaq files that blizzard use to try to stop modding. So either bloody good luck to you, or no it's not really worth it.

I tried making a spaceship mod of Diablo II and it made love to me in the curryhole against my own will 'cause my project was obviously too ambitious.

Although having said that, I've seen all sorts of wierd mods for Starcraft. But then again, they all involved quite complex reconstruction of the unit and structure graphics.

Well, I think I'm up to that - I've got all the necessary software and so far I haven't got any ideas that I don't know how to work them. But I think I might start on it and see how it goes and then if it works alright I'll mention it somewhere here. Anyway, I think this might be getting a bit off topic :)

No, that's okay, I've already got one. Now I have a question that's probably going to sound really really really dumb, but "how do I upload a photo from my computer to my signature?"

well yosee the forum are a picky thing so it has to be one the internet somewhere, so you have to go to one og those image dumping sites like photodump.com and make an account with one of them click upload, browse your computer for where you saved the file and put if in where it wants the file to upload, so once that is done click on the picture of your image, highlight the text and right click an select copy, then click your user CP and click edit signature once you do that do this type [img] paste your highlighted test here [/img] save your signature and that it!

Well there are some involved ways to get rid of the branding if you really don't want it. I love that font you used
