Which one is your math teacher?

I listened to one of their songs and I actually somewhat like it. It reminds me a lot of R.E.M. (popular 80-90s group), and I dig R.E.M. Their site is cool too. Your math teacher rocks. :)

My Maths teacher was in the band 'The House Martins'...i think that was what they were called anyway. Big in the 80's apparently. Hmmm...

They are very R.E.M-ish but I like it too. I own the Chester CD. They do rock. But the guys maths teaching sucks.

Your maths teacher must've been a bit of a geek - the house martin is a type of bird. We get them burrowing holes into roofing fascia boards, and working their way into the damn loft, depositing guano all over the most expensive antiques we have up there.

Math teachers in bands..........................I'm scared

He's 24. I believe that he's only taught at one other school besides mine. He's virtually a college boy. :)

I had an IT teacher that was in a successful band in the '70s - the Triffids - though I don't know if they were famous out of Australia. They're pretty much unheard of nowadays. I once listened to their CD once and a) they're crap and b) my teacher played the xylophone. One of the dorkiest instruments ever, with the exception of the triangle or euphonium. My guess is he was only in the band because he guilt-tripped his brother - the lead singer.

Boy, you'd best be explain' why the euphonium is a dorky instrument. If you ain't gots a good reason, my brotha's will be all ovah' yo crib, dawg. AKA, I'm going to infinitely harass you, in manners such as clogging your toilet, or perhaps piercing your body with thousands of extremely pointy needles.

Pfff. A petty argument. Finding geeky looking players of any instrument is as easy as clubbing a hooker in the back of the head. Besides, it doesn't matter how cool you look while kicking ass, as long as you are, in fact, kicking ass.
