Writing a walk through for Stranger :)
 

As soon as the game is out and I will beat it I shall write a walkthrough for Stranger so our dear Oddworld Fans can pass Oddworld Stranger Wrath =D Or finding all the stuff and getting the "best" stealth tricks and tactics =D

Yeah but you maybe RUIN the game for all of us. And then I like to find stuff myself unless I'm really ticked off then I'll look at your Walkthrough. And is there a Stagety Guide?

Yes there will be a Strategy Guide which I will buy. But some people wont bother buying em. I only use Game Guides on the 2nd Time I go through the game. So i can find out what I missed the 1ist time. No, I wont ruin the game for people cause I will post it in the Spoiler Forums or whoever needs game help can PM me or I will Upload it somewhere dont worry about ruining ur experince. My guide will be for people who cant find and dont have the guide or who just want to see what they missed :) Dont worry =D

I don't ever bother with walkthrough, if i'm stuck on summing, i just figure it out for myself. Even if I just use the walk through on the second time, i still think that it'll ruin it, I'd prefer to find out all the secret locations by accident so I can go WOW.

I used workthrough for MO, but I not going to use a walkthrough for SW ;)

it's kinda true that using a walktrough spoils the game, but I don't know if I'm going to resist the temptation to open it before having the game :p

I would buy the walkthrough to add to the collection but it is an honorable cause making a walkthrough for anyone who doesn't have money in their pockets to afford a walkthrough, I once wrote a walkthrough for all the oddworld games (took about a year total) for my own use too

Good for you Stranger, wanting to write a walkthrough. I'll definately take a look if I get stuck.

But... I really don't think that information warranted a whole thread being created. You should have just made the walkthrough and then posted it when its finished. This whole thing reeks of a blatant attempt at bumping up your post count. Which, quite frankly, seems to be a running theme in many of your contributions to this forum.

I only use a walkthrough if I am absolutely, completely stuck on something. I mean, I have to be stuck on something for more than five days if I'm going to use a walkthrough. Also, if there's a secret in a game that I absolutely can't find, I'll use one. Anyway, good luck on that walkthrough, Stranger, once you get started on it! :)

Well with what I know over the years about SW is that the game could very well be like make your own story type of game. In otherwords there will be many ways of playing and beating the game.

True. But think of it as trying to get 100%. You'll need to catch all the outlaws to do so.

catch them all alive... and from what I saw in the gameplay movies it looks nearly impossible...

I thought this was kind of funny. Someone was selling the MO strat guide on ebay and in the description it said. Find the best ways to help Abe save his mom! Find all the secrets in this huge freeroaming world! Someone didn't get the memo.
