I was watching the Mongo Valley Video aka Stranger in the Wilds in the www.oddworld.ea.com

As I was watching it Stranger came up to a Sign Saying

Wonder whats up with that =D (I took the screenshot from the video) Cant find it anywhere else.

It's either from the outlaws hoarding fish and punishing the natives, or its the natives trying to keep enough fish around to keep the village going. I'd bet on the former, though, as the sound of the sign seems less in keeping with the shy salamanders, and more with the brusque outlaws.

Is there supposed to be a pic. because I can't see one? What does it say?

Just a silly piece of detail, to make the world seem alive and lived in, no big plot element.

Yeah I agree with MM220... it's simply a very nice detail in the GamePlay
perhaps it can be for a little mission, but not a big plot ellement

It's genocide. The Outlaws are telling the Grubbs that they can't fish in the rivers, and are hanging those they catch. Notice their skeletons suspended from a pole further back in the image. It is a plot device in that this is the relationship between the two species.

in the pic. ^^ look at the skeleton on the right side and by it the reflection on it looks kinnda like a face

Yeah I can see that but I think its probably a coincidence of the angle that the screenshot was taken at. The mouth is a random twig after all.
