Abe as the X-box mascot?
 

Would it happen? Could it happen? That could definitely boost X-box's sales.

Munch would make more sense...he almost is already...evidence:
he's the main character in a launch title
he's the main character in (what's been called) the best Xbox game

When the move to the Xbox was announced, part of the deal with Microsoft and OWI was that Munch's Oddysee would become the "flagship" title of the Xbox.

Already we have seen through the SoBe promotion that Munch's Oddysee is the main game that is being promoted.

So, based on this, it is very likely that Munch or Abe or both would become mascots for the console... and if they don't they will at least be one of the main characters that is associated with the Xbox.

That's a good thing. Can anybody tell me their thoughts on WWF Raw is War? I'm getting the $500 "X-box and three games with an extra controller and free memory card" package at Electronics Boutique.

I wouldn't like to see Abe and Munch become mascots, more Oddworld all together. You can imagine M.O.M or F.U.D. adverts promoting it on Oddvision.

Every lead character in the Oddworld games deserves the same attention. So I also think it's better to see 'Oddworld' on itself as some kind of a mascot.

If I MUST choose a character, then I want Abe to be the mascot, he was there first.

Anyway, I'm sure Oddworld is the one to be or to deliver the Xbox mascot.

it will probably have to be an xbox original. like crash bandicoot was for playstation and sonic was for sega.
